Overview
Inspired by spectacular whitewashed Greek islands, the recently opened villa which welcomes guests since July, 2018 is designed to make the most of the idyllic island lifestyle. It boasts grand, open plan living areas and stretches on a 4,000 sqm. plot which overlooks the Aegean Sea, with olives and other Mediterranean plants. The modern 350 sqm. interior is beautifully decorated, while the vast outdoor area features a huge, resort style “Beach Entry” pool, a pool bar and lounge and sitting areas where guests may relax on a warm summer day before enjoying the magnificent sunset. The property also features a private gym and massage room for those looking to briefly up the tempo.
The property features the main house which hosts the open plan, fully equipped kitchen, the main living room and a guest WC (ground floor) and 3 en suite bedrooms which open to private balconies (first floor). A guest house (independent entrance) with en suite bathroom is located next to the main house at the ground level of the property. The second guest house (with independent entrance, kitchenette and en suite bathroom) along with the gym and the massage room are located at the lower garden area. The outdoor space features several lounge and dining areas, the BBQ, the Jacuzzi and the 25m x 17m “Beach Entry” pool with the pool bar.
