Overview
Villa Paradis is a brand-new 366 sqm property built on a bare rocky slope overlooking the famous golden sandy beach of Super Paradise, Mykonos with a private, gated road entrance with 5 parking spots. The elevated location inevitably provides an expanse of full-frontal picture-perfect views of the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea with the neighboring island of Naxos in the distance. Embedded within the rocks it is wind sheltered and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The perfect retreat with a tranquil, airy ambience and glorious sea views.
The villa is characterized by a modern, serene aura with a minimalist style decor in Cycladic white and pale grey shades interspersed with wooden elements. It expands on 3 levels and features 5 en-suite double bedrooms, 3 with private terraces and sea views; and 1 single en-suite bedroom with its own private entrance which can be isolated from the rest of the villa. It has an extensive living room and dining area with a guest WC and an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a central island and breakfast counter.
The villa has indoor and outdoor lounge and dining areas with an infinity pool creating the perfect focal point where guests can enjoy the stunning sea views in a shaded chill out area, shielded from the occasional ‘meltemia’ winds.
