Overview
Villa Opal is a lovely 310 sqm. beachfront property of 5 en suite bedrooms right on the golden sandy beach of Ftelia, with unique sea view. It is gracefully situated at the hillside of the bay, sheltered by the wind. The beach is only a minute walk time away thanks to the direct beach access that the property offers. The interior is divided in two levels and combines a tasteful decor with traditional architecture while the exterior comprises of an outdoor lounge and a dining area, a pool with direct sea view, a parking space for several cars and a pathway that leads straight to the water, offering direct beach access.
The property has two levels. The upper level (pool level) hosts the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 en suite bedrooms (out of which one master), the staff room (bunk beds) and a guest bathroom opposite the staff room. At the lower level, there are another two spacious suites with a shared balcony, overlooking Ftelia Bay. The outdoor area hosts the Infinity pool, the shaded lounge and dining areas which stretch under the pergola and a built-in BBQ with a food preparation area.
