Overview
Iolanthe is a wonderful choice for the family or group yearning to enjoy all that the island has to offer.
This two-story, eight-bedroom gem has been designed and placed to make the very most of its setting. Upper and lower terraces along with indoor and outdoor living spaces enable guests to savor the sunrises, sunsets, starry skies and sun-soaked days that make the island such a perennial favorite.
A focal point of the villa is its remarkable infinity-edge pool. Stretching the width of the villa, it is backed by large stone sunbeds and a covered veranda. Furnished with oversized, built-in sofas and al fresco dining spots, it is a place you will gather often. From there, you can savor views of the beautiful setting as well as the architectural beauty of the home. Built with a blend of stucco and stone, it is a vision from every angle.
Inside the villa, you enjoy that same palette of natural stone, pale wood, and a blend of sea and deep blue. The living room features an oversized banquette sofa and fireplace. A few steps lower and you are in the formal dining room. This opens into the kitchen with a full array of appliances but with the same clean and modern lines as the rest of the villa.
The property features a main house and a smaller guest house, and four of the bedrooms are in the main area. Two feature super-king sized beds and large, luxurious baths. There is a bunk room ideal for children and a king suite. The guest house features a king suite with private bath.
